At John Dick Landscaping, the safety of our team members, customers and suppliers is our number one priority. With the outbreak of COVID-19 we have taken precautionary steps to help reduce the risk of spreading this virus. With the assistance and guidance from medical and government professionals we are closely monitoring the situation and support everyone regarding this serious concern.

It is our intent to remain open for business and to safely perform the work that you have hired us to complete.

To keep our team members, customers and suppliers safe and to limit the spread of the COVID-19 we have adopted the following procedures:

• Restrict close contact visits with all whenever possible.
• Encourage our staff, customers and suppliers to practice social distance, proper hand washing and cough etiquette.
• Increased cleaning within our office, shop spaces and vehicles.
• Employee holidays have been delayed as possible. 14-day self-quarantine rules implemented for staff returning from holidays and those experiencing flu symptoms.
• Supporting our team members to access government financial aid during required quarantine and slow periods of work as result of COVID-19.

Our priority is to maintain the health and well being of all. Our precautions and procedures will naturally evolve as we are guided by The Government of Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada, the provincial Government and other authorities during this crisis.

Our thoughts are with all those that have or will be impacted by this virus. We are committed to our clients and plan to safely complete the essential services of property maintenance or the landscaping project you have hired us to perform. We trust that the precautions that we have in place in addition to everyone’s individual safe effort will allow us to continue service during this difficult time.
