curb appeal the school has. I was

customer service: your great

the schedule that you promised, and
how personable your crew was in

Just as a follow up to our phone
conversation this evening, I am
writing this email to tell you how
pleased we were with the young guys
you sent out to our home today.
They worked very hard, excavating
and did a fantastic job! They were
polite and courteous, thanking me
for the drinks we provided and were
respectful of our property. They
cleaned up and completed the job on
time. They even put extra effort
into placing the removed mud onto
our lakeside bank.
We especially appreciated the
interactions all three had with our
4 year old son, who was very
interested in what they were doing
and wanted to impress them with his
chatter and antics. They patiently
answered his questions and talked to
him about their job. This was not
part of the job, but speaks to their
character.
I'm sure in business, all too often,
you hear the complaints and not the
compliments. We wanted to make sure
you heard the positive.
Please pass on a sincere thank you
to these young men and we will
definitely think of using your
company again in the future. We
will also certainly recommend
you to any friends or family, with
landscaping needs.
