    These activities will be completed as time allows, at the contractors discretion and within present time budget. Additional time on property for any activity at customer's request. All prices are subject to GST.

    *Prices are based on a 12 month agreement, average lot 45 ft. x 90 ft., 2 invoices per year, post-dated cheques or full payment is acceptable. 1 month notice is required for any interruption in service. Prices are subject to change. GST will be added to all invoice totals. Apply early for service; space is limited.
